John D. Goodbrake
President and CEO
John brings more than 20 years of experience in the bus industry to his role at Master’s Transportation. As President and CEO, he directs sales, leasing and operation functions for all branches. By working closely with key team members, he works to guide the overall direction and growth of the sales, operations and accounting departments.
Chief Operations Officer
Prior to joining Master’s Transportation, John was the President of Goshen Coach; the President of Champion Bus and the Vice President of ElDorado National for 24 years. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the bus industry and currently oversees the Operations (Service, Parts, and Body Shop) for all of our locations.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, John brings years of experience and industry knowledge to the Master’s team. He is responsible for Collins new bus sales and purchasing, used bus sales and purchasing as well as the general manager duties for the Ozark location. He has been a key part of the Master’s Transportation team for more than 13 years.
Director, New Bus Sales
Jeff Madura is a welcome addition to the Master’s Transportation family. He joined the company in October 2014, bringing 20 years of experience in the shuttle industry. His attention to detail and dedication to excellence contributes to his skills in state/government bids and contracts. He works with Bob Tucker with state and government agencies and leads the new bus team. In addition, Jeff is the General Manager of our Denver, CO location.
Director of Marketing/HR
JoAnn has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience she brings to the Master’s Transportation family. She works with every department within the dealership to ensure your experience at Master’s Transportation is positive. JoAnn oversees all marketing and HR activities for the organization.
Director of Business Development
Matthew brings years of experience to the table. He oversees our rental program and is focused on ensuring all of our rental locations run smoothly while pursuing opportunities to open new locations.
Texas General Manager
Gene is a dynamic, detailed, and results focus team leader, with a demonstrated record of maximizing productivity while minimizing expenses. Gene joined the company in January 2017 bringing to the Southwest Region creativity, confidence, and effective problem solving skills. Above all, Gene is dedicated helping every customer meeting their diverse transportation needs.
Colorado General Manager
Prior to joining Master’s Transportation, David was a Vice President and General Manager at Toshiba. David is an experienced B2B leader with an understanding and focus on improving operational and bottom line growth. “Integrity is our number one goal and it begins with how we treat our customers.”
