John D. Goodbrake
President and CEO

John brings more than 20 years of experience in the bus industry to his role at Master’s Transportation. As President and CEO, he directs sales, leasing and operation functions for all branches. By working closely with key team members, he works to guide the overall direction and growth of the sales, operations and accounting departments.


John Hatman
Vice President

With more than 25 years of industry experience, John brings a great deal of experience and industry knowledge to the Master’s team. He jointly oversees all of our General Managers in collaboration with Matthew Winston. John's focus is on service and used bus operations at all of our locations. He has been a key part of the Master’s Transportation team for more than 15 years.


Matthew Winston
Vice President

Matthew brings 10+ years of experience to our organization. He jointly oversees all of our General Managers in collaboration with John Hatman. Matthew's focus is on rental, new sales, and leasing operations at all of our locations.


John Resnik
Chief Operations Officer

Prior to joining Master’s Transportation, John was the President of Goshen Coach; the President of Champion Bus and the Vice President of ElDorado National for 24 years. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the bus industry and currently is responsible for managing the financial risk of the organization.


JoAnn Bartlett
Director of Marketing/HR

JoAnn has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience she brings to the Master’s Transportation family.  She works with every department within the dealership to ensure your experience at Master’s Transportation is positive.  JoAnn oversees all marketing and Human Resources activities for the organization.


Jeff Madura
Director, Government/Municipal Bidding + General Manager, Northeast Region

Jeff Madura joined the company in October 2014, bringing 20 years of experience in the shuttle industry. His attention to detail and dedication to excellence contributes to his skills in state/government bids and contracts. In addition, Jeff is the General Manager of the Northeast Region.


Gene Turovsky  
Texas General Manager 

Gene is a dynamic, detailed, and results focus team leader, with a demonstrated record of maximizing productivity while minimizing expenses. Gene joined the company in January 2017 bringing to the Southwest Region creativity, confidence, and effective problem solving skills. Above all, Gene is dedicated helping every customer meeting their diverse transportation needs.


David Wagner
Colorado General Manager 

Prior to joining Master’s Transportation, David was a Vice President and General Manager at Toshiba.  David is an experienced B2B leader with an understanding and focus on improving operational and bottom line growth.  “Integrity is our number one goal and it begins with how we treat our customers.”


Travis Farmer
General Manager, West Coast Region

Travis brings his strong operational and service background to Master’s while focusing on sales and leasing on the West Coast.  He takes pride in building relationships with each and every customer with an intense focus on service excellence.
