Rental Sales Coordinator

The Regional Rental Manager leads the sales effort for all rentals. Duties will include, but not be limited to, creating and implementing a market specific sales strategy for their area, proper fleet sizing and utilization, and managing the staff at their branch. This position assists the General Manager by over-seeing or performing the following day-to-day functions.

  • Exceed forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive sales effort
  • Client development and relationships; involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals or web leads. 
  • Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company
  • Rental check-in and out
  • Prepare the necessary paperwork and deliver it to account to ensure timely invoicing
  • Ensure clients are re-billed for excess mileage, fuel fees, cleaning fees, damages, and delivery fees
  • Maintain fleet readiness by communicating daily with the Fleet Supervisor
  • Proper use of our Systems: TSD, GSA STR Website, Sugar, and Master’s Website
  • Approval of all rental ROs and invoices
  • Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell over list, and detail workflow calendar
  • Travel within the territory assigned to the branch
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Attend company meetings as required

 

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Required Experience:

  • Regional Sales/Rentals: 1 year

 

Prefer CDL 

 

School Bus Salesperson - Iowa

The Regional School Bus Sales Manager leads the sales effort for the assigned territory.  Duties will include, but not be limited to, creating and implementing a market specific sales strategy for their area, spec writing, client development and exceeding forecasted revenue targets.  This position performs the following day-to-day functions.

  • Maintain a valid CDL with medical card
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and state requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions

Service Technician

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment
  • Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly
  • Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined
  • Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, giving tuneups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires
  • Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings
  • Disassemble and reassemble parts
  • Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective

 

Service Writer

  • Maintaining pm service records for internal and leasing side

Warranty Coordinator/Service Writer

The Service Writer / Warranty Coordinator prepares, submits and tracks warranty repair orders and claims according to Master’s and manufacturer policies. They are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of these items to ensure the service department receives proper credit and monies due.

Repair Orders

  • Prepare warranty repair orders with accuracy, legibility and compliance to the manufacturers warranty policies and procedures.
  • Return improperly completed repair orders to the person originating the document for correction and/or completion as necessary.
  • Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and/or other required administrative data on the repair orders.
  • Book the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations performed.
  • Check each repair order against the vehicles’ service history to avoid processing duplicate claims or submitting claims for shop comebacks.

 

Warranty Claims

  • Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, as the repair orders are closed.
  • Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution.
  • Contact the appropriate warranty claims representative regarding any claims requiring additional authorization or for claims requiring special assistance.
  • Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid and their current status.
  • Become familiar with and administer the manufacturers and after-market warranty company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with the manufacturer’s representatives and the representative of any approved aftermarket company with which the dealership conducts business.

  • Active Listener and Critical Thinker.
  • High school graduate or equivalent
