Patrick and those that I have dealt with at Masters has been great. They went out to their way to make us feel comfortable with the purchase and taken care of. When we had questions, Patrick was right on it. Since the purchase they have been there for our extra questions about the new vehicle. Overall, we plan to use them again when we get our next church vehicle.

Great experience. We purchased 3 14 passenger buses for school use. They brought us a bus to look at before we made our decision. Once we decided they delivered quickly, driving 3 buses individually to us in 3 days. We are 3 hours away so it was not a quick trip to get them to us. Patrick is very helpful and personable. We are extremely pleased with the service and how the buses turned out.

The transit was very clean and nice and we enjoyed the rental of it so much, we’d love to buy one just like it. Looked cool and drove quietly and powerfully. The storage in the back was a nice surprise too.Would love to have built in entertainment and luggage racks up top for light weight stuff. But the trailer hitch was a nice touch that I wasn’t expecting.Staff was very helpful and patient.Loved it

From that day in September to December 22, 2023, the day our church's van was delivered, I found Patrick to be very professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly. Patrick provided clear details as was expected from a sales personnel, although many sales representatives DO NOT demonstrate such professionalism where it relates to customer service. Patrick Delashmutt is extremely attentive and tenacious about finding vehicles that work for the customer. We purchased a 32 passenger shuttle bus that was a great fit for our college. He worked to make the deal so that it could fit into our financial constraints and ultimately kept working after we received the bus to make sure that the product matched what we expected.

Where do I begin!! I made my reservation and did not have all the documentation needed. However, the guidance to obtain the proper documentation was top tier!! Every person I spoke with was extremely professional, extremely understanding, extremely nice and caring of my need for their vehicle. They provided step by step training on how to operate the van and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. Office staff was amazing!! The 15 passenger van was clean, operable, spacious and easy to drive. Overall, I give them 10 stars for the entire experience!!!!! Thank you for help making my family vacation a memorable one 🙂

We're looking for a small bus, the people there were so helpful. We didn't find what we're looking for, but, we will go back.Honesty, kindness, and an ol fashioned Texas welcome. This place is great.

We rented from the valleyview location in irving tx August 2019, once we got the right amount of insurance coverage everything went smoothly, this we had the big sprinter that held 14 people the bucket seat edition, seats were nice and comfortable, would have been nice to have cup holders for each passenger and if the overhead bins could close or had a way to keep the bread and cups and things from falling out when the road was little bumpy. other than that don't remember having any other issues . Everyone seem to be comfortable . The pricing was more but was really worth it for the 5 day road trip we took up to cincinnati ohio/kentucky and back.
