The manager and rental team did a great job making me feel welcome and went above and beyond for my rental. It was a smooth process and I’ll be sure to recommend this location to others!

Angel the Manager lied to me and told me a vehicle they sold was ready to pickup and we drive 3 hours to pickup and then its not ready and not even at this location and is not helpful or apologetic about it.

Rented multiple times and each time….. u have to fight for your $500 deposit back. It’s been over a year and I’m out $1k. An associate I referred is out $500. While this isn’t a reflection on the staff at this specific location….. the clerical error they have within the system is ridiculous. Called useless Waldo. Bob, Kelly 🙄 Still out of my money. Civil court seems to be the next and best option.
