How in the world could this dysfunctional company have a 4.6 Good review rating?? I needed to purchase a good used 10 passenger Transit Van. I stopped at their Ozark MO location one evening to look at their inventory. I called the next day to speak to a salesman. The "800" number they have posted on their billboard connected me to their KcMO office. Asked to speak to a sales rep, was told they would call me back in the next 24 hours. Three days later I received a return phone, only to find out that he was in KcMO and that he would pass my information to Ozark. That was two weeks ago, still waiting for a return phone call. Wow, if this is the way they treat the prospective customers, what in the world would happen "AFTER" the sale. No thanks!!

Our school district was looking for just the right van to suit our needs. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Will be possibly looking for another van in the future and Master’s Transportation will be one that I reach out to again.
